Our mission is to make you feel comfortable just as you are and to empower you to prioritise self-care.

FITNESS

  • Absolutely! Reformer Pilates at Core Collective Pilates is suitable for individuals of all levels, including beginners. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accommodating, regardless of your prior experience. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our instructors will ensure that the class meets your needs and allows you to progress at your own pace. We're here to support you on your fitness journey, and you'll find our classes welcoming and non-intimidating. So, if you've never done Reformer Pilates before, you're in the right place to start your journey toward improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

  • Reformer Pilates at Core Collective Pilates is an excellent option for individuals who are not currently exercising. Our classes are designed to cater to various fitness levels, including those who may be starting their fitness journey or have taken a break from regular exercise. Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout that can be adapted to suit your current fitness level and gradually build your strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Our instructors are skilled at providing modifications and options, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably and safely. We encourage you to join us, even if you haven't been active recently. Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to reintroduce physical activity into your routine, and our friendly and supportive atmosphere will help you feel at ease as you get started on your fitness journey.

  • If you have a few injuries, your ability to participate in our classes will depend on the nature and severity of those injuries. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients, and we can accommodate modifications in some cases. However, it's essential to note that Core Collective Pilates is primarily a fitness-focused Reformer studio and not a rehabilitation center.

If you have injuries or medical conditions, especially if they are recent or have involved surgery, we highly recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional before attending our classes. Seeking clearance from a medical expert ensures that it's safe for you to participate in our fitness-oriented classes and helps us provide you with the most appropriate guidance and modifications.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we're here to assist you in making the best decisions for your fitness journey. Please reach out to us with information about your injuries and conditions, and we'll work together to determine the most suitable and safe approach for your participation in our classes.

  • If you have been attending our classes since the beginning of your pregnancy, you are welcome to continue joining us. However, we do not recommend starting your Reformer Pilates journey midway through your pregnancy due to the changes in your body. Safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that our classes align with your needs and comfort level during this special time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out, and our team will be happy to assist you.

  • 3 times a week is a good amount to see results sooner, if you can come more than that that’s also fantastic! Honestly, only do what you can. Once a week is still beneficial. Joseph Pilates says in 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 sessions you will look better, in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.
