The New Mums Pilates Club gently introduces exercise back into your routine post-baby, with our 5 week Postnatal Reformer Program.
Under the guidance of our qualified instructors, this program will help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, repair any abdominal separation and improve your posture to prevent back pain.
Held at the same time each week, you and your baby will have the opportunity to meet other new mums in a safe and supportive environment, connecting through shared experiences and the joy of motherhood.
As a part of your 5 week postnatal program you have access to an Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant, Donna from Dreamy Babies.
Donna will attend the studio at the end of your class in Week 1 to discuss with how sleep can improve maternal mental health, help you regain your sense of self and improve the functioning of your family unit. This is done by her holistic approach to sleep.
As well as getting Pilates and a holistic sleep consultant, you also have access to the team at Caitlin Daley Physio, who specialise in treating conditions related to the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Assisting in the treatment of incontinence, prolapse, sexual pain, endometriosis, overactive bladder and conditions specific to pregnancy and postpartum such as pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation, and caesarean section.
We are also privileged to have Donna and Caitlin in our exclusive New Mums Pilates Club Facebook group where they will run live Q & A's answering any questions you have about baby or toddler sleep, importance of womans health, exercise, and anything else you need to assist you during the first few weeks/months of motherhood making you feel heard and understood with no judgment.
