BOOKING TERMS

  1. Class Cancellations/ No-Shows

    We can only take a limited number of bookings and we are often turning away clients due to being at full capacity. When clients cancel their booking late or no show without adequate notice, it is too late for us to fill the space that we reserved for you. As we only provide small classes the instructors do try and wait until everyone has arrived. If you do not show up it can hold the whole class up.

    We understand that situations arise that in which you must cancel or reschedule your booking.

    Our cancellation policy is 6 hours prior to class start time, if you cancel outside of this you will receive a full credit to your account. If you cancel within this time, you will still be charged for the class and an additional late cancellation fee of $10.

  2. Memberships

    Our minimum membership term is 3 months. We require 14 days written notice via PT Minder to pause or cancel your membership.

    Refer a friend and have them sign up to the membership for $1 off your weekly membership for the term of your friends membership. (You and your friend must be on a 2-class a-week or higher membership). Refer as many friends as you like to save more.

  3. Programs

    Programs are non-refundable or transferable, you must be able to commit to the term of the program.

  4. Equipment

    Please note grip socks are mandatory for all classes. They are available to purchase in the studio for $18.95.
